Starting the first lessons, I have been genuinely surprised by the experience and in-depth knowledge of the trainer and education approach. The training and practice took me less than two months to complete and get confidence. I’ve passed 3 Microsoft certifications, including Power Platform and D365 architect one. Before this course, I struggled for a year, maybe because lack of commitment or focus or just hesitation and a lack of idea where to start and what really needed to be learned. The schedule worked for me, not too intense, but definitely not lax in feeling like it is a joke. It is an actual study, so make sure you are not overloaded at work and have some time and energy to learn. After all, I believe that getting certifications and confidence that I know Power Platform helped me a lot career-wise.

We had challenges with DevOps for scaling Power Platform and overall ability to deliver for a Digital Transformation program. In just one month, we got an established CI/CD process and the ability to support development and delivery from multiple teams. We got excellent training for 2 of our operations managers and 3 BAs to get the skills and start Citizen Development. We are happy with the results and highly recommend the Citizen Development Academy team as experts in DevOps processes for Power Platform. They have gone above and beyond for us, which is rare for consultants in our experience.

Our team got an outstanding education and hands-on workshops on Dynamics 365 for Marketing and Power Apps. I’m a software developer and have worked with Dynamics CRM for a long time. Sometimes, it is hard to keep up with the latest updates and try all the new cool stuff. Our organizations failed to get more devs on board when we needed to rump up. They decided to try citizen development without realizing how challenging managing it could be and how easy it is to damage the stuff the dev team is building. Long story short, after some painful time, we got some consulting and guidance from CDA. Other team members and I got excellent tailored training and practice building CI/CD pipelines for Power Automate Flows, Canvas Apps, and D365 stuff with an intelligent product packaging and delivery approach. It is all working in our org now, and I’ve personally gained a lot of experience, and it helped me a lot in my career. These changes brought my knowledge entirely to a new level and helped me look at my work from different perspectives.

It has been excellent training and hands-on learning for me. Trainers know what they teach and have answers to any question. They have profound knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics. I used to be a JS web developer, and with their help, I’ve got to pivot to business applications development. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge in business analysis and data modeling as well.
